Modernising tenant engagement and increasing participation

25 Jun 2025
Tenant voice and housing quality stage - Open to all
While landlords have traditionally relied on tenant representatives to get a sense of how residents feel, there are now many more ways for them to hear a wider range of voices – not just the most vocal and visible residents.   This session will explore innovative ways of making engagement easier and more attractive, including flexible methods of engagement that meet the needs of varying lifestyles and schedules. What is the role of “social listening” tools that can analyse the attitudes and responses of tenants and inform decision-making? Should tenant involvement be incentivised and how?
