23 Jun 2026
Warm & Healthy Homes Stage
Warm & Healthy Homes Stage - open to all

Poor communication, disruption, sequencing failures and inadequate consumer protections can quickly erode trust, leaving households stressed, disengaged or worse off.

This session will look at how to deliver retrofit in a way that protects residents and strengthens relationships.

Attendees will leave with practical strategies to deliver retrofit that is not only low carbon, but fair, transparent and resident-centred.

Including:

  • Co-designing programmes with residents from the outset
  • Clear communication before, during and after works
  • Managing disruption and sequencing effectively
  • Learning from past programme failures and avoiding repeat harm
