RIBA-Approved CPD — Boundary Design for Sustainable Construction
This design-led CPD explores the strategic role of boundary and perimeter design in residential, mixed-use and commercial developments, and how early-stage coordination can reduce risk, improve compliance, and enhance long-term asset value.
Learning outcomes:
Understand why boundary design should be considered at RIBA Stages 1–3 rather than deferred to later phases
Recognise common compliance challenges, including planning conditions, Building Regulations, acoustic performance and fire considerations
