It is designed to end furniture poverty in social housing, where only 2% of homes are let furnished compared with 29% in the private rented sector, and to support tenancy sustainability for general needs housing. Furniture Flex lets you offer furniture packages or individual items to your tenants quickly and easily, and this is also proven to reduce failed tenancies and associated costs.
