The Housing Bond Alliance is a not for profit organisation, our role is to provide key support services and regulate to Housing Associations and ensure adequate financial protection and contractor risk mitigation provisions are in place on all new development and refurbishment projects, through the use of Performance, Road and Sewer Bonds.
