The Council Housebuilding Support Service (CHoSS) is a fully funded national improvement programme, funded by the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG) and delivered by the Local Government Association (LGA). CHoSS helps councils strengthen their capacity, capability and confidence to deliver more council homes.
