Our services are truly people-centred – we’re working in the space of people’s everyday lives, at an individual, household and community level.
Our advisers work in the community every day supporting people who are experiencing fuel poverty to stay warm and healthy at home. We survey homes of every tenure to recommend energy efficiency improvements, with independent retrofit coordination services to match. And we support whole communities to develop renewable energy schemes that they own, operate and benefit from.
Together with local government, the NHS and other funding partners we devise and deliver grant schemes that help society's most vulnerable and increase the pace of energy efficiency retrofit. We’re a registered charity, operating across Wales and the English border counties.
