With HouseProud, we deliver the LGBTQ+ Housing Pledge: a free, practical scheme helping social housing providers create safer, more welcoming homes for LGBTQ+ residents. The Pledge supports providers to strengthen resident voice, improve visibility, build staff confidence, share good practice and embed inclusion in day-to-day services.
For housing associations, councils and ALMOs, this work directly supports stronger tenant satisfaction, better complaints handling, meaningful resident engagement and the Regulator of Social Housing’s consumer standards around fairness, respect, transparency and accountability.
