Tapapp is a mobile application developed within the FM environment. Initially created to solve specific data capture issues, it has evolved into a comprehensive, all-in-one solution used by service contractors and Housing Officers alike.

Tapapp enables users to collect and manage data in real time including, but not limited to, scheduling and managing site visits, recording audits, managing property, equipment and vehicle checks, as well as reporting of health & safety issues and incidents.

Housing Officers can complete service contractor audits, record condition of void properties, capture health and safety issues, log repairs required across properties, and access real time service contractor data — all from a single, intuitive platform with photographic evidence and geo-fenced GPS.
