UNITY Smart Homes works with housing providers to deliver actionable insight through whole-home environmental and energy monitoring. Using room-by-room temperature and humidity monitoring, window opening events, and power monitoring, UNITY helps organisations better understand what is happening inside their properties and identify issues earlier.Our systems are used to support damp and mould management, investigate heat pump complaints, help prevent litigation through auditable property data, and prove retrofit efficacy before and after works.
We also work with providers to demonstrate performance in hard-to-treat homes where achieving EPC C may not be possible, while supporting both preventative monitoring programmes and reactive case management.
Beyond damp and mould, UNITY helps identify excess cold, overheating, fuel poverty risks, abandoned tenancies, and vulnerable residents who may require additional support. The platform supports organisations preparing for Awaab’s Law Parts 1 and 2 by providing evidence-based property insight that helps prioritise interventions and support informed operational decision-making.
