Wordnerds is an AI-powered tenant feedback analytics platform built specifically for the social housing sector. Based in Gateshead, we help housing associations make sense of the unstructured text that sits across surveys, complaints, call transcripts, emails, and reviews — turning it into consistent, auditable insight at scale.

Our proprietary model is trained on social housing language, including all 29 HHSRS hazard categories, and delivers the kind of classification accuracy that stands up to regulatory scrutiny. Unlike generic AI tools, the same dataset always produces the same result.

In partnership with Housemark, we deliver England's first qualitative TSM benchmark — drawing on over 135,000 tenant comments across 18 housing associations — so landlords can see not just what their tenants are saying, but how that compares across the sector.

We work with housing associations ranging from 3,000 to over 100,000 homes.
