Andrew is Sector Principal for Housing and Head of Advisory Services at Waterstons, bringing over a decade of consultancy experience supporting housing associations and public sector organisations through technology and data transformation. In his role at Waterstons, Andrew works closely with housing providers across the UK to help them unlock the strategic value of their IT estate; moving beyond fragmented systems and manual reporting towards modern, insight-driven platforms. For the past year, Andrew has provided strategic oversight and support to Diane and the team on their transformation journey, which culminates in the delivery of a Data Lakehouse that is set to fundamentally change how Kingdom understands and acts on its data.
