Diane Rennie
Diane Rennie was appointed Digital Director at Kingdom Housing Group in September 2024. With over 13 years of senior-leadership experience across both the public and private sectors, she brings a proven track record of delivering major digital programmes focused on improving user experience and service outcomes.
Prior to joining Kingdom, Diane worked in roles including at the Scottish Government, where she developed a clear vision and roadmap for high-performing digital products and services — experience she now channels into driving the Group’s digital transformation efforts.
Diane believes strongly in a user-centred approach to service design, ensuring digital solutions meet both customer needs and organisational objectives. Her leadership aims to deliver a seamless, efficient, and secure digital infrastructure that enables better housing services, care, and community support — helping Kingdom live up to its mission of offering “more than a home.”
As Digital Director, she plays an active role on Kingdom’s Executive Management Team, working alongside other departmental heads to shape corporate strategy, governance, and service delivery across housing, care, and support operations.
