Emily Shaw is the Head of Product at Plentific, where she leads the strategic evolution of the platform’s product suite. A passionate advocate for the transformative power of AI in social housing, Emily focuses on moving the sector away from reactive maintenance toward a future of proactive, data-driven action. By bridging the gap between design, engineering, and human behavior, Emily ensures that AI and emerging technologies are deeply integrated core capabilities rather than "bolt-on" features. Her roadmap is defined by a commitment to solving the sector´s most critical challenges through intuitive SaaS innovation. Since joining Plentific in 2019, Emily has leveraged her extensive experience scaling products within high-growth tech environments and at global publisher Penguin Random
House to drive meaningful impact at scale.

She has been recognised for her achievements as a shortlisted nominee for the Women In Housing Young Achiever Award (2021), the 40under40 Inside Housing award (2024) and as a finalist in Women In Housing’s Independent Professional of the Year category (2025). Emily is a graduate of the University of Cambridge, where she studied Politics at Robinson College.
