Hasan Bayraktar is a senior commercial leader and recognised voice on digital transformation and artificial intelligence in the housing sector. As Senior Vice President of Commercial at Plentific, a leading technology platform supporting housing providers and local authorities, he leads the company’s global commercial strategy and plays a key role in expanding Plentific’s impact across housing markets.

With deep expertise in strategy, growth, and technology-driven transformation, Hasan works at the intersection of housing operations and emerging technologies. He advises housing organisations on how digital platforms, data, and increasingly AI-enabled systems can transform repairs, maintenance, and property services helping organisations move from reactive operations to more predictive, efficient, and resident-focused service models.

Over the course of his career, Hasan has supported housing providers in modernising their operational infrastructure and supply chains, enabling them to digitise workflows, improve contractor coordination, and unlock real-time insights across property portfolios. His work focuses on translating technological innovation into practical, scalable solutions that improve service delivery, operational performance, and ultimately outcomes for residents.

Before joining Plentific, Hasan worked in strategy consulting, where he advised organisations across multiple industries on growth strategy, market expansion, and organisational transformation. He holds an MBA from Imperial College London.

At Plentific, Hasan collaborates closely with housing leaders to co-create forward-looking operating models for property services and champions the responsible adoption of AI powered new technologies to help the sector address rising operational complexity, regulatory demands, and growing expectations from residents.
