I’ve spent my career helping people make sense of complex technology, and that’s really at the heart of what I do. My background is in nuclear physics and computational modelling, where accuracy and clarity genuinely matter. Over the years I’ve led teams of researchers, data scientists, and engineers, building tools that solve real problems and make life easier for the people using them.
That experience has shaped the way I approach AI and automation today. I believe technology should feel helpful, not overwhelming, and my focus at Focus Group is to show organisations how practical, accessible, and transformative it can be when done well. 
Whether I’m working with a sales team, a customer, or a technical delivery group, I enjoy translating the complicated into something clear, human, and genuinely useful. I’m passionate about building solutions that make a measurable difference - reducing manual effort, improving customer experience, and giving people more confidence in their day-to-day decisions. 
Above all, I’m here to help our customers and teams understand what’s possible and guide them towards outcomes that actually work in the real world.
