BPF
The British Property Federation (BPF) is the voice of the UK’s real estate sector, with over 400 members spanning the office, retail, industrial and living sectors. From developers to investors, agents to insurers, the BPF represents the breadth of the UK’s property industry. Our members include institutional investors such as pension funds, who invest in places and properties for the long term, helping to create modern, energy efficient homes for rent, including student accommodation and later living, as well as office, industrial, retail and leisure properties. Later in 2026 the BPF will merge with the Association of Real Estate Funds (AREF) and the Investment Property Forum (IPF) to create a new, more powerful and impactful body for the industry: Real Estate:UK (RE:UK).
G15 / BusinessLDN / London Councils (logos all on same line - G15 to take priority so could be a bit bigger)
G15 is the collective voice of London’s largest not-for-profit housing associations, working with social housing residents and communities across the capital. Together, members provide over 880,000 homes nationally and house one in ten Londoners.
Our priority is looking after residents’ homes well, investing in communities and working with partners to provide new social and affordable homes. We’re independent, charitable organisations working towards a fairer and more sustainable housing system in London.
Hosted by G15 in association with BusinessLDN and London Councils, the London Stage at Housing 2026 will explore the shared challenges and opportunities facing housing, cities and regions in England.
With contributions from the public, private and social sectors, policymakers and residents, sessions will provide practical insights and fresh perspectives on housing, sustainable places and inclusive growth in cities and communities across the country.
