Northern Housing Consortium, MUSE and Homes for the North
The housing crisis looks different in different places and devolution is crucial to finding solutions for, and with, local communities. The North is leading the way with devolution and housing partnerships are one of its biggest success stories. This theatre is hosted by the Northern Housing Consortium (NHC), who play a key role in supporting housing partnerships to develop and increase their influence.
The programme will explore how housing partnerships drive growth, transform places, and unlock the North’s potential through collaboration. There will be a strong focus on regeneration, a key priority in many areas of the North. This coincides with Renew, a new inquiry led by the NHC and supported by Homes for the North and Muse, which explores housing-led regeneration's role in delivering growth, tackling the housing crisis, and strengthening communities across the North.
The NHC is a membership organisation which brings together housing in the North to create better homes and places through insight, influencing, and collaborative solutions.
