Drone Site Surveys works with RICS Building Surveyor partners to support housing disrepair and expert witness surveys by providing high-resolution drone imagery, video footage and inspection data of areas that may be difficult, unsafe or costly to access by usual means. This includes roofs, chimneys, parapets, gutters, elevations, flashings, brickwork, render and external defects that may be linked to water ingress, damp, mould, structural deterioration or poor maintenance.

The aerial evidence helps record visible defects, establish the extent of disrepair and inform repair priorities. Where required, the drone findings can be considered alongside internal inspections, moisture readings, repair history, tenant or landlord evidence and relevant documentation.

For expert witness purposes, the evidence must be impartial, clear and suitable for legal proceedings. This approach provides landlords, tenants, solicitors and courts with technical information to support informed decisions.
