With over 40 years’ experience, we manage credit billing, pay-as-you-go, customer engagement and debt management. Our billing covers heating, cooling, electricity, hot water, cold water and gas, with monthly or quarterly bills and flexible options including Direct Debit, online, phone and PayPoint. Residents can use the my.switch2 portal to view bills, make payments, access history and submit readings.
Our PAYG systems support budgeting, provide data visibility and help residents manage consumption, while protecting landlord revenue. We also support residents through meetings, guides, demonstrations, multi-channel communications and trained service teams.
