Drone Site Surveys works in partnership with RICS Building Surveyors to provide professional scopes of work supported by drone imagery and data collection. High-resolution photographs and video footage are captured of areas that may be difficult, unsafe or impractical to access, including roofs, chimneys, gutters, flashings, parapets, elevations, render, brickwork and rainwater goods.

The RICS Surveyor reviews the visual evidence to identify visible defects, deterioration and maintenance liabilities, such as damaged roof coverings, defective pointing, blocked rainwater goods, staining, cracking, failed flashings or weathered external fabric.

The resulting scope of works sets out recommended remedial actions, repair priorities, access considerations and any further investigations required. This provides landlords, managing agents, solicitors, property owners and contractors with a clear, impartial and evidence-led schedule suitable for pricing, planned maintenance and repair delivery
