This session will bring together the breadth of Homes England to outline how Homes England and the National Housing Bank will partner with developers of all sizes, working throughout the country, to accelerate housing delivery and increase housing supply. This discussion will include outlining the tools, capacity and resources that Homes England and the National Housing Bank will mobilise to make this happen. This includes intervening to unblock land, enabling access to small sites and enabling infrastructure; how we will accelerate delivery and increase investment through joint ventures, equity investment, direct debt finance, and forward-funding of solutions. It will also explore the wider role of the Agency to work with developers to drive innovation to tackle cost and productivity challenges.
